Melissa Del Rosario is a Producer, Director, Script supervisor & Writer in Las Vegas, Nevada. She founded Rose Ray Media LLC, a production company dedicated to creating Minority led, women led, LGBTQ+ Inclusive and diverse stories through film. Rose Ray Media work includes short films, feature films, commercials, music videos, social media, union and non-union tv and radio projects.
Currently Melissa is proud to be developing a docu-series with the Smithsonian as the Film Producer and Project Manager for "the First 100: 50 years of Chicanas changing history" project. Capturing true stories, both narrative and documentary are important to rose ray media.
Melissa is the first student from the University of Nevada - Las Vegas to produce and sell a feature film before graduating. She traveled the festival circuit with official selections and awards at over 100 film festivals. Her work has been featured in numerous press outlets including Deadline Magazine, Hollywood Reporter, Collider, Fox, CW and more.
Melissa prides herself on her work throughout Las Vegas, supporting local filmmakers and her local film community. She volunteers her time to local film festivals such as Nevada Women's Film Festival, the Las Vegas Film Festival, & recently the 48 Hour Film Project - Las Vegas and is a screener for Dances With Films and UrbanWorld Film Festival. Melissa was the Brand Ambassador at Eclipse Theaters from 2018 - 2020, where she hosted monthly screenings and networking events in Las Vegas to promote the Las Vegas film community and local filmmakers.
